HOW TO ORDER

Trade Prices and Recommended Retail Prices exclude V.A.T. We reserve the right to alter any price without notice. |

TERMS: |
Our trading terms call for settlement within 30 days of invoice date. Damages or short deliveries must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of invoice. Claims outside this period will not be accepted. |

RETURNS: |
Goods will only be accepted back if returned within 14 days of original despatch and are accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or by the original invoice number. Any returned product must be in re-saleable condition and returned in its original packaging. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returns such as inventory balancing, cancelled orders or incorrect merchandise ordered. Kits or displays that have been opened or partially used will not be accepted by return. |

We will not accept incomplete packs back for credit. We do not send goods out on approval. |

GUARANTEE: |
Every effort will be made to minimise back orders. |

TITLE: |
The goods shall remain the property of the seller until the price has been discharged in full. A cheque given by the purchaser shall not be treated as a discharge until the same has been cleared. Unless we are advised to the contrary, we assume that the purchaser accepts these terms. |

SERVICE: |
Our objective is to despatch orders within twenty-four hours of receipt, every effort will be made to expedite urgent orders. |

CARRIAGE/PACKETS/INSURANCE |

PACKETS: |
All mainland orders other than parcel post orders are despatched via DX or Second Class Post and will be charged at £3.65. This not only covers carriage but packing, insurance and the administration costs of despatching low value orders. Other services are available on request but may incur additional charges. |

PARCELS: |
All mainland parcels are sent out via DX on a 48 hour service rate of £6.95 per box up to 20kgs and includes an allowance for packing and insurance. Other services are available on request but may incur additional charges. |
|
NEXT DAY DELIVERY: |
Whilst every effort is made to despatch orders the same day, the delivery is not guaranteed for the following day. If you require next day delivery, please call for a quotation. |

CARRIERS: |
All orders over 20kgs are sent out by carrier, charges will vary according to service required. However, we will always endeavour to obtain the most competitive rate. |

Republic of Ireland: |
Due to customs and duty charges following Brexit there is a minimum order value of £150.00. |
